Winner of the 30th Annual Box Show at Northwest Fine Woodworkers Gallery in Seattle, WA! This beautiful decorative wood box is simple, elegant, and interesting.  The box body is made from Bubinga, the lid is carved out of Wengé and the legs and feet are sculpted from Bloodwood. The box stands approximately 13" tall and is approx. 5 1/4" square. This box can be made in many sizes to fit your needs.
I use a variety of woods and shapes to accent my work.  I particularly enjoy adding a sculptural aspect to my boxes with the feet, the lid, hinges, and or the lid handle, in this case, the finial. Boxes are my excuse to set my imagination free and see where it may lead.
